I came across a very interesting article showing how payday lenders are using websites to bypass the Pay Day Lending Act specifically Western Sky – who has some of the highest interest on their loans.
How high? Well if you took a $2600 payday loan from western sky – by the time all is said and done you would pay back over $14,000 – that’s how high!!
Payday loans are illegal in Georgia but lenders are still providing loans online. Goes to show they don’t care about the law.
